Coming to a town near you

As we approach the end of summer and the campaign kicks into high gear, I thought I’d give you an update on Chellie’s activities. When she’s not in Washington, Chellie has been very busy here in Maine—meeting with Maine families and small businesses across the district; attending parades, festivals, and other local events; and meeting with voters and supporters to hear first-hand about their concerns and thoughts.

Over the next few weeks, Chellie will be attending the Lincoln and Knox County Democrats Lobster Bakes, the Maine Council of Senior Citizens Meet & Greet at Marvin Towers, the Muskie Lobster Bake, an Emerge Maine reception, and she’ll be delivering the welcoming remarks at the Veterans for Peace national convention in Portland next week.

You may also spot her at any number of local town events and fairs, and you will definitely find her at the Common Ground Fair this year.

We know that this election year may be harder than those past—and Chellie knows she can’t take a single vote for granted. She’s working hard to get her message – and her record in Congress – to every voter in Maine. But Chellie needs your help reaching those that she can’t.
